Exporting Text

Once you have completed your choices and added any custom text, click one of the two export buttons. Choose Export for Use with Xdata or InData if you are already an owner of one of these products or intend to purchase one of these products. Choose Export for Use with Xdata or InData Demo, if you intend to use the demo of one of these products.

If you are using the demo version of Xdata or InData, you will find that the demo is limited to an import of only 50 records. To compensate, the system will export twelve files, one for each month.

If you are using the full versions, the system will export one file for the entire year.

Choosing a Calendar Template

The real timesaver of this system is not that you can type text in a database, you could just as easily type text directly within your desktop-publishing application and apply style sheets as you go.

data2date's template collection will keep you from spending hours upon hours designing a calendar, but more importantly through the use of Xdata or InData, apply style sheets on the fly.

There is a style sheet for everything. The date, the day, the month, the holiday text, and even all of these items for the mini calendars in the libraries as well. This ensures that you can fully customize every calendar to meet your exact specifications — colors, fonts, sizes — everything within your control.
