Adding Pictures

Image Source is a stock image company. They specialize in providing pictures for people who don't have the time or resources to take or manage their own pictures. They have thousands of images available and you can even search their web site by topic.

You may add your choice of pictures to any of the templates. We have included a folder of images, but you feel free to visit the web site of Image Source to choose from their library in all different price ranges.

You might prefer to import pictures of your own. You can add picture boxes in the dates of family birthdays and add their photo to create a custom calendar that is unique.

If you are providing calendars as a service to your customers, allow them to bring digital pictures, or scan their photos to fully customize each day, add corporate logos to margins, or add a series of vacation pictures to the monthly wall calendars.

Add Fillers from the Libraries

The libraries and content of the libraries included with the data2date system are the icing on the cake. Not only can you create custom calendars and planners in minutes and seconds, you can also completely customize the front matter, filler, or end matter of your calendar.

data2date includes mini calendar libraries. From these, add small previous- and post-month calendars to the margins of your wall calendars or planners. Drag and drop them into place and the style sheets they use become part of the document, ready to edit.

Other libraries include metric-conversion tables, lists of holidays, signs of the Zodiac, wedding-anniversary gift recommendations, special-month designations, birthstones, and other date- and calendar-related items.

Saving Documents

All documents have been saved as templates as an added security measure to keep the designs intact and ready to start a new calendar or planner.

Printing Calendars and Planners

data2date would not be a complete system for all types of users if you had to print every calendar at a commercial print shop. It is designed to be a solution for lots of users. People working at their home computer that want to make a custom family calendar with lots of pictures of the kids or events can use data2date too. Small copy and print shops who print short-run quantities of calendars for customers will find data2date very useful as well.
