As anyone knows who creates lists regularly, the most time-consuming task can be changing the font of the bullet. You can set one then copy and paste, or set up a find and change, but both methods are annoying. With ProBullets, you can easily choose the font and not have to worry about switching back and forth between that and the style you've chosen for your text. Unordered lists, or bulleted lists, can be up to four levels; for each the font of the bullet is the same.

Choose style override if you would prefer to use a style sheet that you have already defined. A tip about using a style sheet here is that within the defined style you could also set the baseline offset.

Figure 7 You can choose the font for the bullet. This is especially useful for accessing dingbat fonts and speeding up formatting tasks.

Whether you choose to create a bulleted list or a numbered list, it really is one click away. With the resulting list on the right, I did have a few extra clicks because I selected the level-two lines and used the ProBullets palette to indent the text before I applied the bullets (also using the palette).

Ordered lists, or numbered lists, can be up to four levels as well. For each level you can choose alpha or numeric characters. You can even mix and match styles.

Figure 9 You do not have to use all lowercase, all uppercase, or all Roman numerals. Using the drop-down list provided, you can choose a different style for each level.

As you can see in figure 9 above, there are eight different choices for the ordered list characters, and each level can have a style completely different than the other levels.
